Official Opening of Wolfe Tone Bridge, Galway

Ryan Hanley was delighted to attend the opening of the Wolfe Tone Pedestrian Bridge in Galway City earlier today. The bridge was officially opened by Minister for Transport, Eamonn Ryan. Ryan Hanley designed this key infrastructure for Comhairle Cathrach na Gaillimhe / Galway City Council, and in addition provided services in relation to planning, environmental assessments, procurement and construction management. The new cantilever pedestrian bridge provides safe access for pedestrians between the Spanish Arch and Claddagh areas, and promotes active travel in the City.
